We are also open to considering experienced remote candidates who are willing to travel to our Huntsville office as needed.\nThe Cyber Training Instructor supports k>fivefour’s cybersecurity training program by delivering engaging, hands-on instruction using proprietary course materials and the Battlegrounds learning management and lab environment. This role also contributes to the ongoing review, enhancement, and development of existing and new cybersecurity curriculum.\nKey duties-\nDeliver cybersecurity training courses using k>fivefour’s proprietary training materials and hands-on Battlegrounds platform.\nAdminister certification examinations to students.\nMaintain Battlegrounds environments to support student training and instruction.\nSupport the provisioning of Battlegrounds lab and scenario environments for non-student Battlegrounds customers.\nPerform pre- and post-class activities, including:\nPreparing classrooms and training environments for instruction.\nPreparing and organizing student materials.\nCoordinating shipment of training materials as needed.\nCleaning and resetting classrooms following training sessions.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine Battlegrounds scenario designs.\nDevelop Battlegrounds scenarios based on approved requirements and designs.\nSupport Battlegrounds administrators with the deployment of student environments and ongoing infrastructure maintenance.\nContribute to the development of new cybersecurity course content, training materials, and instructional designs.\nReview and recommend updates to existing curriculum to ensure content remains relevant and effective.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\n Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.\n3 years’ experience with Red Teaming or Defensive Cyber Operations\n2 years’ experience instructing cybersecurity courses/curriculum\nOffensive or Defensive professional certifications or certificates\nProfessional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred\nProfessional appearance and comfortable being on camera and in k>fivefour video content\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nExperience in working in high performing teams\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex compliance issues\nBusiness Development\nAssist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.\nTravel Requirements\n20% or less\nCOMPENSATION:\n$150k - $175k\nThe salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount.
