The candidate must have an active secret clearance.\nDuties -\nManages the planning, design, execution and reporting for software tests. May supervise junior testers.\nProvides administrative support by reviewing business / software requirements and provides inputs on requirement gaps, testability, and methodology.\nProvides administrative support by reviewing program documentation and products for quality and adherence to design concepts.\nAssists in preparing milestone status reports and deliveries/ presentations on the system concept to colleagues, end user representatives.\nSupports coordination of Cybersecurity T&E IAW DoDI 5000.02 and the DoD Risk Management Framework.\nPrepare / review test plans.\nPrepare test cases, test scripts and analyzes test data and ensures traceability to requirements.\nWorks with the software development group throughout the development process.\nSupports the software configuration management process and understands all software components and their interface requirements.\nPerforms software testing at all levels from module or unit testing through all levels of software integration testing and user acceptance tests (manual / automated).\nReports defects and tracks defects and their status throughout the defect management process.\nAnalyze test results and track software testing metrics.\nSupports the test lead with the creation of test reports.\nTrain, mentor and supervise junior software engineers.\nQualifications\nCandidate must have an active secret clearance.\nBS & 8 yrs of experience or HS Diploma and 13 yrs of experience.\nRequired -Security+ certification. AWS Cloud practitioner cert preferred.\nBusiness Development\nAssist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.\nTravel Requirements\n\nCOMPENSATION:\n$115,000-$120,000\nThe salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount.
