ALL candidates MUST have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility to qualify for consideration.\nProvide systems engineering support throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, sustainment, and disposal activities.\nMust have experience and knowledge in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).\nSupport Mission Integration Team (MIT) activities by translating operational and functional requirements into technical requirements.\nParticipate in architecture definition efforts to ensure integration and interoperability across the DAF C3BM enterprise architecture.\nReview current DoD architecture models and support development of future-state architectures that enable sensor-to-shooter connectivity.\nSupport risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.\nAssist in developing execution management strategies and transition capability requirements to the acquisition community.\nSupport development of test and evaluation strategies in coordination with acquisition and test organizations.\nDrive interoperability and integration efforts across Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and weapon systems.\nCapture and analyze current and future operational architectures based on mission and engagement scenarios.\nEngage with joint and coalition stakeholders to support development of integrated multi-domain architectures.\nSupport identification, assessment, and maturation of innovative concepts through analysis, modeling, simulation, and systems engineering activities.\nPrepare and support technical briefings, engineering documentation, reports, and recommendations for Government leadership.\nQualifications\nALL candidates MUST have an active Top Secret clearance to qualify for consideration.\nTechnical Skills\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience and within the DoD sector\nSystems Engineering across the acquisition lifecycle\nSystems Architecture and Integration\nRequirements Analysis and Development\nMission Integration and System-of-Systems Engineering\nOperational Analysis and Architecture Development\nCloud-based systems, including management and projection of cost and performance\nAgile methodologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principles\nKnowledge of systems acquisition and program management processes as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5000.75\nModeling, Simulation, and Analysis\nTechnical Documentation and Brief Development\nInterpersonal Skills\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal oversight\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Government, contractor, joint, and coalition organizations\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities\nBusiness Development\nAssist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.\nTravel Requirements\n5%\nCOMPENSATION:\n$115,000-$123,000\nThe salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount.
