This role leads the organisation’s sales strategy, maximises ticket and event income, and ensures all marketing and digital activity directly supports the ambitions of the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan.\nWorking across marketing, box office, programming, and promoter partners, the marketing manager provides strategic direction, commercial insight, and data-led decision-making. Reporting directly to the Development and Creative Engagement Manager, the role leads the marketing function, guiding the Digital Communications Officer, Senior Marketing Officer, and wider team to deliver high-performing, innovative, and commercially effective campaigns.\nPerson Specification\nEssential Criteria/ Experience\nDegree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or a related field, with 2+ years' essential marketing experience;\nOr\nA Level 3 qualification (e.g. HNC) with 3+ years' essential experience.\nProven track record developing and delivering marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.\nLeading and managing a team, including setting objectives, supervising performance and staff development.\nManaging online and offline advertising campaigns.\nWorking to sales, revenue or commercial targets.\nManaging marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.\nUsing data and analytics to inform marketing decisions.\nDesirable Criteria\nExperience of marketing within the arts, entertainment, hospitality or events sector.\nManagement or leadership qualification.\nKnowledge of ticketing systems and box office data (e.g. Spektrix, Enta).\nExperience producing in-house content (video, photography, copywriting) that drives engagement across social and digital channels.\nExperience managing PR or media relations.\nKnowledge of GDPR and data protection compliance in a marketing context.\nFull driving licence.\nTo Apply:\nPlease read the full job pack linked below before applying.\nTo apply please send the following:\nYour CV -
