About the Role: Accounting Manager
As our Accounting Manager, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to continuous improvement and results.
Your Impact
You will support day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered. You’ll act as a bridge between leadership and frontline teams-driving accountability, engagement, and results.

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements (Customize Per Role)
Ability to deal effectively with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in one or more of the following financial accounting systems preferred D365, Profit Sword, SAGE, SAP, etc.
Prior experience in hotel systems preferred (i.e. Micros, Opera, etc.).
Education (Optional / Adjustable)
- A.S or B.S degree in Accounting / Finance preferred; or Minimum 2-year accounting experience, hotel experience preferred.
