EMEA Campus Recruiting is a key area of focus within the broader HR team, supporting the firm’s continued growth across the region.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the full recruitment lifecycle for undergraduate and graduate candidates, from sourcing and interviewing through offer management and onboarding.\nPartner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, build robust talent pipelines, and develop effective campus recruiting strategies.\nDevelop and execute innovative university recruitment strategies across EMEA, including London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Switzerland.\nPartner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and summer internship programs.\nPlan and deliver on-campus and in-house recruiting events that strengthen Millennium’s university presence and candidate engagement.\nBuild strong relationships with candidates and new hires, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the recruiting process.\nSupport the planning and management of the internship program across multiple phases of the candidate and intern lifecycle.\nMaintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and candidates while identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions.\nWhat You Bring\nStrong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and university hiring processes.\nPrior Campus or university recruiting experience; financial services experience is a plus.\nAbility to build trusted, collaborative partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, develop innovative ideas, and drive effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong talent attraction and candidate engagement capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting
