Discover how transformative growth accelerates impact.\nMeet the Team\nThe Compliance Department at Millennium adopts, implements, and enforces a compliance program encompassing policies and procedures, processes, systems, controls, surveillance, testing, and reporting. The team partners with WorldQuant, a global quantitative asset management firm, to support a thoughtful, practical compliance approach across its global operations, investment activities, and regulatory footprint.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as a dedicated Compliance resource supporting the WorldQuant relationship\nDevelop a detailed understanding of WorldQuant’s global operations, quantitative trading infrastructure, and regulatory footprint\nAssess complex compliance matters, identify relevant risks and requirements, and drive issues through to resolution\nLead compliance initiatives such as discrete projects, defining scope, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and clear deliverables\nDevelop practical compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, memoranda, and recommendations tailored to a global quantitative asset management business\nPartner with business, Legal, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to address compliance questions and evolving regulatory requirements\nProactively identify compliance risks, process improvements, and opportunities to strengthen the control environment\nCommunicate complex regulatory and business issues clearly and actionably while applying sound judgment to balance regulatory rigor with operational practicality\nWhat You Bring\n15+ years of compliance experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, or a related regulatory environment\nExtensive experience supporting investment advisers or asset management businesses, preferably with exposure to quantitative, systematic, or alternative investment strategies\nStrong understanding of how a quantitative investment manager operates, including the interaction among investment, trading, research, technology, operations, and compliance functions\nStrong understanding of global market structure and the ability to assess the regulatory landscape governing trading activity across major markets\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance matters and translate requirements into practical, implementable solutions\nProven project management capability, including ownership of workstreams from initial assessment through delivery and implementation\nExceptional analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous issues into structured, actionable components\nExcellent written and verbal communication
