schedule recurring IR calls (pre-QP and post-earnings).\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with IR teams, management contacts, and sell-side counterparts; advocate for the firm’s access and prioritization.\n\nManage conference planning, prioritization, allocations, scheduling logistics, and post-event tracking, including team feedback on meeting quality.\n\nIdentify supplemental access opportunities (NDRs, small-group meetings, bespoke engagements) and proactively surface them to PMs and analysts.\n\nEnsure all interactions are documented in line with compliance requirements.\n\nBroker Relations & Analytics\nSupport broker vote meetings, including preparation, analysis, and coordination.\n\nMaintain reporting on corporate access activity, broker performance, and meeting quality.\n\nAssist with budgeting and broker agreement discussions, helping articulate the firm’s approach to valuing and paying for corporate access.\n\nAdministrative & Executive Support\nProvide high-level administrative support to investment professionals, including:\nComplex calendar management and meeting coordination\n\nEnd-to-end travel planning and booking (domestic and international)\n\nExpense management, reporting, and reconciliation\n\nLiaising with internal teams (e.g., Building Reception, Travel, IT) to ensure seamless logistics\n\nAct as the central point of contact for the team’s administrative needs and external requests.\n\nMaintain organized records, contacts, and recurring workflows to keep the team running efficiently.\n\nBranding & Representation\nRepresent the firm professionally with external stakeholders, including corporates, IR contacts, and brokers.\n\nHelp develop and execute a branding strategy that elevates the firm’s presence with the Street and corporate community.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nA successful hire would:\n\nRun a best-in-class corporate access program with minimal oversight.\n\nBe a trusted, polished representative of the investment team externally.\n\nAnticipate the needs of investment professionals and proactively manage logistics, travel, and scheduling.\n\nBring structure, judgment, and discretion to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\n\nBuild credibility quickly with PMs, analysts, brokers, and IR contacts.\n\nQualifications\n10+ years of relevant experience in corporate access, executive support, or a hybrid role on the buy-side or sell-side.\n\nStrong background in executive administration, including travel and expense management.\n\nBuy-side corporate access experience preferred; sell-side or buy-side corporate access background required.\n\nNYC-based or willing to work from the NYC office.\n\nStrong verbal and written communicator with maturity, presence, and discretion.\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.\n\nComfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders, including negotiating on the firm’s behalf.\n\nSocial, relationship-oriented, and able to build trust quickly.\n\nStrong academic credentials.\n\nMillennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
