Within this organization, the Treasury Technology team develops systems used by Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Treasury Operations teams across the firm. Its platforms support Margin, Cash and Collateral Management, Treasury Operations, and Equity Finance for Treasury analysts, Front Office users, Portfolio Managers, and Senior Management.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with business stakeholders globally to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver effective technology solutions\nDevelop and enhance Treasury applications that support critical Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Treasury Operations processes\nOwn delivery timelines for Treasury applications and projects, coordinating priorities and dependencies across a global technology organization\nTake end-to-end ownership of software systems throughout the application lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and ongoing support\nApply sound engineering practices to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced environment\n\nWhat You Bring\nAt least five years of hands-on programming experience, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, concurrency, and SOLID principles\nHands-on .NET development experience, including C# and ASP.NET Web API\nExperience building web applications using Angular, Ember.js, or similar frameworks\nExperience working with AWS or other cloud technologies\nRecent experience owning one or more large software systems and managing the full application lifecycle\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver in a dynamic environment\nExperience with enterprise databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, or Oracle, as well as continuous delivery tools\nFamiliarity with capital markets concepts and operational structures;
