Discover how transformative growth accelerates impact.\nMeet the Team\nCentral Liquidity Strategies (CLS) employs a range of strategies designed to optimize the firm’s trading and execution approach by providing internal liquidity solutions for portfolio managers on both a principal and agency basis. Within Millennium’s central trading division, the team operates in a highly collaborative environment and works closely with trading technology, portfolio management, business development, traders, and external broker partners to support scalable, automated trading processes and the continued evolution of the firm’s execution capabilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nSteer product development of the firm’s central trading processes and internal liquidity pools, soliciting appropriate input from various stakeholders,\nImprove and broaden the firm’s existing processes that evaluate and drill into trading performance of a particular portfolio management team\nLook for and recommend possible opportunities to improve execution quality by interpreting performance reports and performing custom analysis\nContribute to feature development in the analysis system (expansion by asset class, product specifics, trading style specifics, and additional market coverage)\nConduct research, formulate and test hypotheses, run a/b experiments in consultation with brokers and/or internal teams\nCommunicate all ideas, questions, and conclusions concisely and effectively\nContribute to regular data maintenance, monitoring, and cleaning\nDevelop expertise in the firm’s trading practices and industry developments and understand and keep abreast of all relevant regulatory and market constraints\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of relevant experience in the trading and finance industry\nExperience in a trading logic/execution capacity for a systematic trading process strategy on the buy side or experience working on electronic trading platforms on the sell side\nExperience as a hands-on development lead, mentoring and guiding junior developers\nBachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Statistics or similar disciplines\nBasic principles of statistical inference and excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.\nExperience with Python and KDB\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nExtensive experience with Asia market
