This role will provide technical leadership across mission-critical trading platforms, with a focus on order management systems, low-latency infrastructure, production stability, and platform modernization. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on production support experience, architectural strength, and a passion for mentoring teams in a high-performance environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design, development, and support of critical trading platforms, provide technical leadership for low-latency and high-availability systems, and drive platform modernization initiatives.\nAct as a senior escalation point for production incidents, troubleshoot complex performance and stability issues, and drive improvements in system scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence.\nPartner with global teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions while mentoring engineers and promoting strong engineering standards, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services or other high-availability environments.\nStrong experience with distributed, event-driven & low-latency systems and a solid background in systems design, performance optimization, and production support.\nProven ability to lead technical initiatives and solve complex production issues.\nStrong communication & problem-solving skills and experience mentoring engineers and working across cross-functional teams.\nExperience with order management systems (OMS) or trading infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with StreamBase, Solace, Tibco, SoupTCP, or similar technologies.\nExperience modernizing legacy systems and designing APIs.\nExposure to test automation and reliability-focused engineering
