demonstrations, workshops, events, training, and technical knowledge-sharing activities when required\nBuild positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders\nEnsure adherence to support procedures, operational standards, and service-level commitments\nContinuously enhance technical knowledge through training, certifications, and industry learning\nPerson Specification\nBachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline\nMinimum 2 years of experience in the cyber security domain\nExposure to cyber security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint security, web application security, or security monitoring solutions\nExposure to identity and privileged access management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk) and the ability to work across multiple products and technologies\nBasic understanding of cyber security principles, security controls, and industry best practices\nAbility to support customer environments, project delivery, and operational activities\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise\nProfessional certifications such as Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Imperva, F5, Fortinet, Cisco Security, or equivalent will be considered an
