Manages and oversees small to midsize, complex projects involving industrial cleanings, waste site cleanup and construction, building and equipment decontamination, prepare proposals, including site inspections, cost estimates and work scopes and schedules. At all times you will conduct yourself professionally and project Miller Environmental positively to employees and clients.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:\nIndependently and successfully managing projects from start up to completion\nProvide field instruction including safety training and review\nProvide field supervision including emergency response, industrial cleanings, etc.\nEstablish and maintain client relations and solicit new business\nWork with crew to achieve 100% utilization\nProducing timely documentation for internal and external clients (Clients, accounting, and agencies)\nEffectively supervise, mentor and manage employees through project completion\nRequirements\nQualification/Requirements:\nValid Unrestricted Driver’s License\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nSuperior written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent project management and time management capabilities required; previous project management training and/or certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred\nGoal driven and detail oriented\nExemplify consistent professionalism and ethical behavior\nStrong problem solving, analytical and employee relations skills\nAbility to travel, possibly for extended periods\nEducation/Training/Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent experience\nFive or more years progress experience in the field in environmental emergency response, environmental construction, industrial cleaning or similar industry.\nPhysical Demands:\n· The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Some must wear fully enclosed protective suits for several hours at a time; these suits may be hot and uncomfortable and may cause the workers who wear them to experience claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces).
