The main purpose of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role is to support the Commercial Team by providing assistance to the Senior Surveyors in their day to day duties to ensure that all financial aspects of development schemes are reported and controlled.\nASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCarrying out procurement of the subcontract trades.\nAssisting the Senior Surveyor with internal cost reporting and external valuations\nAssisting/ carrying out estimates and pricing variations.\nMaintaining options and incentives cost database.\nASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIREMENTS:\nA talented construction professional ideally having gained experience within a major national contractor environment\nHas or is working towards a recognized degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying. \nA rapid assimilator and analyser of information, situations and issues with a keen ability to offer solutions with maximum results.\nIntegrity, presence, drive, determination,
