This role will work closely with project managers and the design team to develop, maintain, and leverage BIM models to improve constructability, and project outcomes. \nThis position is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional looking to grow within a collaborative project delivery environment. This role can be done from any state in the US.\nKey Responsibilities \nBIM Modeling & Coordination \nDevelop, maintain, and update BIM models in Revit and related platforms to support design planning and execution\nAssist with model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews in coordination with design teams\nSupport project teams with model-based problem solving and visualization \nProject Support & Collaboration \nCollaborate with project managers and the project team to align BIM deliverables with project needs\nPrepare model views, animations, visualizations, and client presentations as necessary\nSupport BIM execution plans (BEPs) and model standards across projects \nData, Standards & Quality \nMaintain model accuracy, organization, and data integrity in accordance with established BIM standards and BEPs\nAssist with model handoffs, file management, and documentation\nStay current on BIM workflows, tools\nRequired Qualifications \n3-5 years of experience in a BIM or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) role \nProficiency in Autodesk Revit \nExperience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks Manage (or similar) \nBasic understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing \nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience in commercial, mission-critical, healthcare, aviation, or large-scale construction projects\nExposure to VDC workflows and clash detection.\nMiller-Remick does not provide visa sponsorship or support. Candidates are required to successfully complete a federal background check for security clearance.\nThe anticipated pay range for this position is $40.37 - $46.14 hourly.
