This role focuses specifically on endpoint asset management and logistics, supporting the overall Endpoint Solutions team. This role is full-time onsite in Zeeland, MI.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the Asset Management team in the IT Depot through logistics activities including, but not limited toIT depot stock & asset management (receiving, inventory management, etc.)\nEquipment staging, shipping, receiving, disposal, & physical processing\nCoordination with other resources & business partners\nRetail & showroom equipment setup & staging\nGeneral IT Depot upkeep & organization\nLogistics supply management\nIdentification of process improvement opportunities\nEquipment return facilitation, logistics, & processing\n\nUphold Service Level Agreements to ensure timely resolution and proper group ownership of incidents & requests.\nParticipate in service enhancement with focus on continuous improvement.\nEssential Skills and Experience:\nStrong organizational skills with a focused attention to detail.\nExperience with asset management platforms, processes, and concepts a plus.\nExperience with warehousing, logistics, shipping, and computing equipment handling a plus.\nAbility to operate in an autonomous environment while collaborating closely with the Asset team.\nDemonstrated time management, organizing, planning, problem solving and project management skills.\nAbility to solve technical challenges and learn the necessary skills to complete a given request.\nDemonstrated history of success in a dynamic and agile work environment.\nStrong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.\nAbility to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a professional and consumable manner to diverse audiences.\nBroad technology background with experience across end-user computing technologies and platforms.\nWho We Hire?\nSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
