Serving as a key liaison between clients, Sales Associates, Corporate teams, and vendor partners, this role ensures orders are processed accurately, inquiries are resolved promptly, and issues are managed through completion.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPartner with Sales Associates, Post-Delivery CS teams, and vendor partners to support the accurate processing, tracking, and fulfillment of customer orders.\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, managing issues through resolution while delivering a high-touch client experience.\nInitiate and coordinate service claims, repairs, replacements, and refunds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.\nResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns, identifying practical solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.\nMonitor order status and provide proactive updates regarding production timelines, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.\nPartner with Post-Delivery CS teams to expedite priority orders and address time-sensitive client needs.\nFollow up on outstanding balances and support payment collection efforts in accordance with company policies.\nMaintain showroom sales tools, samples, catalogs, and collateral to ensure sales teams have current and accurate resources available.\nAnswer incoming showroom inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate sales resource.\nContribute to a collaborative showroom environment by supporting team members and assisting with showroom coverage, client hospitality, and daily operational needs.\nDemonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and sound judgment when managing competing priorities and evolving customer needs.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required\n3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, design, showroom, luxury goods, or a related client-focused environment.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with clients and internal partners.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex customer situations and identify effective solutions.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently within established processes and guidelines.\nProfessional presence and confidence interacting with high-end clientele and managing sensitive customer concerns.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to lift and move showroom materials and samples, up to 50 pounds as needed.\nWho We Hire?\nSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors .
