You will work with Product Management, Engineering, Catalogs, and Development teams to define product rules, configuration logic, and designer workflows that enable accurate, intuitive digital specification experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine functional requirements, business rules, and user stories for configurable furniture products and digital specification tools.\n\nTranslate product engineering, planning guides, and manufacturing constraints into technical requirements for software development.\n\nPartner with Product Managers, Engineering, Catalog, QA, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nSupport new product launches by defining configuration behavior, validation rules, and expected user experiences.\n\nValidate implemented functionality through acceptance testing and collaboration with Quality Assurance.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve designer experience, simplify configuration, and reduce product complexity.\n\nSupport Agile planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.\n\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; or equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, engineering, product development, or specification software.\n\nExperience translating business needs into functional software requirements.\n\nExperience with configurable products, commercial furniture, CAD/BIM, CET, or related design technologies preferred.\n\nExperience working within Agile software development environments preferred.\n\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to understand complex configurable products and translate them into logical business rules.\n\nExperience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.\n\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with passion for improving digital user experiences.\n\nWho We Hire?\nSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
