Skill blocks may include skills in Assembly, Machine Operation or Material Handling.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nIndividuals with Material Handling skills receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking.\nOperate equipment (standup/ sit-down/ swing reach forklift, aerial lift) in a safe and timely manner.\nMust maintain a valid forklift license and follow MIOSHA standards as a professional Material Handler\nThe position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.\nRequired to learn additional functions through cross-training in other departments.\nAbility to communicate effectively\nRegular and predictable attendance based on scheduled hours.\nRotates through the department work stations based on business need.\nWorks overtime as needed.\nPerforms additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.\nQUALIFICATION\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
