This role combines analytical support with operational execution to help drive business efficiency, data accuracy, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPricing Administration\nMaintain customer, product, and channel pricing in ERP and pricing systems.\n\nExecute price updates, promotional pricing, and list price changes.\n\nValidate pricing accuracy and resolve pricing discrepancies.\n\nSupport annual and ad hoc price increase processes.\n\nManage pricing documentation and approval workflows.\n\nCoordinate vendor requests, documentation, and follow-up activities to ensure project timelines are met.\n\nSupport margin, profitability, and pricing analyses.\n\nBusiness Operations Support\nCoordinate operational activities across multiple departments.\n\nAssist with project tracking, process documentation, and workflow management.\n\nHelp maintain accurate master data across ERP and reporting systems.\n\nAnalysis and Reporting\nPrepare recurring pricing, margin, and profitability reports.\n\nInvestigate data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.\n\nAnalyze pricing trends, sales performance, and customer profitability.\n\nSupport pricing strategy evaluations through data collection and analysis.\n\nIdentify pricing anomalies and recommend corrective actions.\n\nProvide ad hoc analysis for management decision-making.\n\nMarket and Competitive Intelligence\nMonitor competitor pricing and market conditions.\n\nConduct research to support pricing recommendations.\n\nTrack customer and market feedback related to pricing.\n\nMaintain competitive pricing databases and dashboards.\n\nCross-Functional Support\nPartner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Category Management teams.\n\nRespond to pricing inquiries from internal stakeholders.\n\nSupport continuous improvement and productivity projects.\n\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.\n\nAssist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n\nSupport system enhancements, testing, and process implementation efforts.\n\nPromote data quality and operational excellence.\n\nJob Requirements:\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred.\n\n1-3 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, business analysis, finance, merchandising, or a related analytical role.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and business reporting preferred.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nEffective organizational and time management skills.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.\n\nKnowledge of pricing concepts, margin analysis, and commercial processes.\n\nExperience supporting retail, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics businesses.\n\nWho We Hire?\nSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
