You will monitor online sales and product performance, identify commercial opportunities and help ensure that the right products are available and presented in the best possible way across our online sales channels. Working closely with internal teams and online dealers, you will turn data and insights into concrete actions that support sales performance.\nMore specifically, your tasks will include:\nMonitor online sales and product performance: Follow dealer online sales, stock levels, sell-through and product performance, and identify lost sales, replenishment opportunities and other opportunities to improve online sales\nOptimize product availability and presentation: Ensure key products are available, visible and correctly presented across relevant online sales channels\nCoordinate product information and availability: Coordinate orders, product data, prices, content, digital assets and delivery information, and follow up on availability, replenishment and ETAs\nSupport assortment and commercial activities: Provide input on assortment optimization based on product performance and demand, and coordinate online product launches, campaigns and other commercial activities\nTurn data into action: Prepare reports and overviews on online sales, stock and product performance, and turn data and insights from relevant systems and AI tools into actionable recommendations\nCoordinate and collaborate across teams: Work closely with relevant internal teams to align product availability, commercial priorities and online presentation, and ensure structured communication with relevant dealers\nOptimize ways of working: Maintain a structured overview of ongoing activities and contribute to improving processes and workflows within online sales\nAre you the Online Sales Coordinator we are looking for?\nRole expectations\nAs a person, you are outgoing, proactive and a strong communicator\nYou are commercially minded and curious, with an interest in understanding what drives online sales\nYou are independent, structured and able to keep your focus\nYou are solution-oriented and comfortable turning insights into action\nYou thrive with both analytical and routine tasks and have an eye for detail\nAs our new colleague, you will become part of a community where we cherish our culture and the pace is always high - therefore it is important that you have a desire to be part of the social community that exists across departments, age groups and backgrounds\nExperience required\nIdeally, you have experience from a coordinating or commercially oriented role within e-commerce, online sales or wholesale\nYou have a good understanding of e-commerce and an interest in online sales and commercial performance\nYou are comfortable working with data and using it to identify opportunities\nYou are a confident Excel user and comfortable working across different IT systems\nExperience with product data, PIM systems and AI tools is an advantage\nYou are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written\n\nYou want to be a part of HAY?\nThen do not hesitate to send us your application and CV (preferably in English) as soon as possible and no later 11 November 2026.
