Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Senior Salesforce engineer should enjoy all aspects of Salesforce and designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nDevelop Apex classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.\nConfigure Salesforce solutions using point and click tools available on the platform (Workflows, Approval processes, Case management, entitlements, assignment rules etc.).\nIntegrate with internal/external services using various Salesforce integration capabilities.\nCollaborating with Salesforce team to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).\nIntegrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce.\nAdhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.\nDocument solutions for future reference and incident deflection.\nApplies problem solving skills and executes solutions to problems independently.\nAssist Product Owners in defining new features and translating technical requirements.\nClearly communicate status and open issues to development team and leads.\nPerforms additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nSalesforce Sales/Service cloud product knowledge and at least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.\nProficient with user management, case management, API integration, reports/dashboards and the Salesforce development lifecycle.\nAble to work independently.\nAble to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with Experience cloud and Agentforce development.\nEducation/Experience\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.\n10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.\n8+ years of Salesforce cloud experience.\nDesirable:\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.\nExperience with AI/ML integrations or Generative AI is a plus.\nSkills and Abilities\nRequired:\nExperience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.\nExperience integrating both internal/external services using Salesforce capabilities.\nAbility to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.\nAbility to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.\nDesirable:\nCompetency in other languages / development (JavaScript, SQL, REST/SOAP-based web services etc.).\nDemonstrates continued personal/professional development.\nActive in the Salesforce community.\nWho We Hire?\nSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors .
