We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and platform customizations. The candidate should have experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nDevelop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.\nConfigure Salesforce using declarative capabilities including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Case Management, Entitlements, and Omnichannel.\nBuild and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms.\nLead technical solution design, customization, and implementation activities while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.\nCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nPerform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.\nOptimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement scalable solutions.\nParticipate in release planning, CI/CD deployments, and DevOps processes.\nCreate and maintain technical design documentation and implementation artifacts.\nStay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and emerging technologies including Salesforce AI capabilities.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.\n10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.\n8+ years of Salesforce development experience with multiple Salesforce implementation projects.\nStrong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud\nExpertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Security Model\nStrong experience in Salesforce customizations and configuration.\nExperience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth\nGood understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, sharing, and performance optimization.\nExperience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.\nDesirable:\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant certification.\nExperience with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Generative AI capabilities.\nExperience with Salesforce B2B Commerce or Experience Sites.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.\nExperience with JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, or modern web development practices.\nKnowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nThis role will work in the shift timings of 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. IST. The employees could be requested to work in a different shift on rare occasions to support the business during a critical issue or for any releases/migrations that maybe scheduled.\nLocation of work is Bangalore, India.
