Coordinate with planning stakeholders and senior leaders to support initiatives that will improve planning activities. Serve as the Kinaxis Rapid Response product owner, leading an agile product team, furthering deployment and enhancement of the overall supply chain planning technology solution.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nChampion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.\nEnsure end-user support for system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and data/process updates including validation of data interfaces.\nLead a team of technical architects & systems analysts responsible for system maintenance, administration, and driving enhancements to meet the needs of the global supply chain planning community.\nLead large scale transformational programs and projects related to deployment and enhancement of the Supply Chain Planning solution.\nMaintain and improve training content, deliver training on platform functionality, processes, and procedures to the user community.\nPartner with Operations and IT to ensure business priorities are aligned across various technology teams.\nProvide technical guidance to enable our end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.\nResponsible for establishing and leading key technology providers and integrator relationships.\nServe as the Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner, leading an agile product team, and transforming business priorities into a backlog of actionable work.\nTranslate complex information into comprehensive, concise, and high-quality business requirements, Leveraging agile project management approaches to ensure the delivery of integrated business solutions.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation/Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.\n10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.\nExperience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.\nExperience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and establishing detailed system and functional designs.\nKnowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning. preferred.\nExperience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or comparable SCP solution. Implementation experience preferred.\nExperience managing and leading external technology partners and integrators.\nExperience with SaaS solution ownership and associated integration architectures.\nExperience driving user adoption across the enterprise in multiple geographies.\nDemonstrated high level of written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\nStrong presentation skills to communicate information, ideas, and processes in a logical sequence, at a level appropriate to the\naudience.\nSkills and Abilities\nAbility to effectively partner with and influence internal business partners on decision making and technical concepts.\nKnowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business partners.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to leverage data in decision making and strategy development.\nAbility to generate ideas to improve team efficiency, effectiveness and impact.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
