And our success allows MillerKnoll to support causes that align with our values, so we can build a more sustainable, equitable, and beautiful future for everyone.\nWarehouse Operative\nBased at the NaughtOne factory in Elland, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to be responsible for efficiently booking products in & out as well as overseeing stock areas within the warehouse.\nYour main duties will be:\n· Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods\n· Sort, label, and store items in designated areas\n· Maintain and identify stock and job specific product within the warehouse\n· Identify and locate product once booked in\n· Provide stock counts on product lines as and when requested take using NAV IT system.\n· Box and palletise stock for safe delivery to the customer\n· Allocate finished products into the palletised completion area\n· Submit and record all completed tasks on the NAV system\n· Maintain a clean working environment throughout the warehouse\n· Forklift Driving - Bendi or Counterbalance\n· Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment\n· Complete Pick Instructions in accordance with standard procedures\n· Supervise non-conformance components within the Warehouse\n· Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed\n· Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager\n· Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned\n· Support in carrying out company stock takes as requested.\nPhysical Demands\n· Loading and unloading items onto 3rd party transportation vehicle, either manually or mechanically\n· Stacking of goods in correct storage bays\n· Stacking of empty pallets\n· Forklift Driving\nWe offer full training on our product portfolio and SOPs but we are looking for someone with the following skills & capabilities:\nEducated to GCSE standard in both Math's & English\nPrevious experience of working in a warehouse in a manufacturing setting (minimum 1 year)\nExcellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively\nBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems\nAbility to adopt best working practices to achieve accuracy and high quality standards\nWorking and co-operating in a team environment to achieve daily targets \nQuality driven and a fine eye for detail\nFlexible in all aspects of work\nKnowledge / appreciation of H&S requirements in a production / factory environment\nPerson requirements\nTake pride in your work\nHave a ‘can do’, positive attitude\nHard working\nCommitted and punctual individual\nTeam player\nExcellent time keeping\nMust be accurate and have good attention to detail\nAble to work in a fast-paced role and able to work to manufacturing deadlines.\nComfortable working alone or as part of a team\nReporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, this is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
