In this role, you’ll help maximize operational efficiency while ensuring the accuracy of warehouse deliveries, order packing, and shipments.\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Responsibilities include managing warehouse materials and performing product loading and unloading to support smooth, efficient operations.\nManages the loading, labeling, weighing, and packing for domestic and overseas transportation.\nReceiving materials and assisting in making decisions regarding storage locations, sorting, and consolidating.\nAccurately scans, weighs and documents material in accordance with procedures.\nUtilizes the operation of equipment/machinery, such as forklifts, stretch wrapping machines, scanners, and radio frequency equipment.\nWorks closely with supervisors to advise on damaged items, repairs, overflow stock or discrepancies.\nClosely documents warehouse inventory and activities, including machine operational status, forklift inspection forms, quality, and safety reports.\nMaintains daily production schedule and makes recommendations for changes to optimize service goals.\nEmbraces learning opportunities, such as operating swing reach truck (under guided conditions) or operating new machinery.\nEncourages an orderly, safe workspace among team members and performs daily housekeeping tasks.\nUpholds all Knoll safety and OSHA standards, including wearing personal protective equipment.\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nThe ability to perform diversified manual work of a repetitive, fast-paced nature.\nAbility to handle/adjust products, perform heavy lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.\nComfortable working in closed, confined space if required.\nThe ability to work in a high humidity environment.\nWear Personal Protective Equipment as required.\nWho We Hire?\nSimply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
