Unite a nuestro equipo como Dispatch & Backoffice Agent.\nPropósito del rol\nCoordina y optimiza la operación diaria de servicios en campo, asegurando la asignación eficiente de recursos (técnico en ruta), el seguimiento de rutas y la comunicación oportuna con las cuadrillas para garantizar una experiencia de servicio ágil y de calidad.\nTu impacto en este rol\nAdministrar la ejecución de la ruta programada para las cuadrillas asignadas.\nAsignar un técnico a cada orden de servicio confirmada.\nDefinir la ruta de trabajo a cada técnico/cuadrilla asignada; en base al calendario de cuadrillas y tiempos de trabajo por tipo de OT.\nEjecutar aprovisionamiento para los clientes en proceso, de sus cuadrillas asignadas.\nEjecutar llamadas para confirmar inicio de la jornada, con cada cuadrilla; y también cada hora, para validar el estatus de la programación de la ruta.\nComunicar de manera proactiva a los clientes programados cualquier cambio o retraso en la ejecución de la ruta, asegurando una experiencia de servicio transparente.\nConfirmar con los clientes programados el tiempo de llegada de la cuadrilla (cuando este a menos de 60min).\nLlevar reporte de % de OT cerradas por cuadrilla, versus OT asignadas.\nLo que buscamos en ti\nBachiller Técnico en Computación o estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Lic.
