Así mismo, como preparar la documentación requerida del proceso de implementación o resolución de fallas de los clientes.\nLiderar y coordinar con las áreas dentro de Tigo para las mejoras de las infraestructuras de conectividad y servicios digitales.\nPrincipales responsabilidades:\nManejar proactivamente los proyectos especiales cuando el cliente VIP de su cartera asignada solicita necesidades fuera del catálogo estándar de productos. Diseño de la solución, Elaborar la solución técnica con el apoyo del Departamento de Instalaciones. •\nArgumentar la propuesta técnica de los clientes asignados, en conjunto con el Departamento Comercial. Programar reuniones periódicas, toma de requisitos, análisis de especificaciones con el cliente. Presentar a los clientes VIP el cumplimiento de SLA’s servicios contratados mes a mes.\nDar seguimiento a la gestión comercial hasta cierre de negocio e implantación de la solución con clientes de su cartera. Dar seguimiento a la gestión de los asesores comerciales en el proceso de ingreso de factibilidades, aprobación, instalación y aceptación.\nCoordinar con Mantenimiento de OT y demás áreas involucradas a nivel nacional el seguimiento y resolución de fallas de clientes VIP de su cartera asignada. • Brindar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas y preventivas asignadas a su persona y relacionadas con la Seguridad de la Información.\nCumplir con el Roadmap de entrenamientos y certificaciones establecido por la Gerencia de Servicios Gestionados, Cloud y Soluciones; utilizando las plataformas de entrenamientos, cursos y workshops provistos para este fin. Esto con el objeto de contar con las habilidades y conocimientos requeridos para el óptimo desempeño de las funciones.\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de medición y trazabilidad de los eventos reportados, incidentes y problemas de su cartera asignada, documentado de forma adecuada el ciclo de resolución, con el objeto de asegurar el cumplimiento de SLAl’s y KPI’s que son parte del alcance de los Contratos de Conectividad y Servicios Digitales.\nRequisitos:\nGraduado de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carreras a fin. \nExperiencia de 2 a 5 años trabajando en Telecom / Banca / Sistemas.\nConocimientos Específicos:\nSistemas Operativos (Windows, Mac OS, Linux).\nConocimientos de herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI)\nImplementación, soporte y migración en las soluciones de la Suite de Offices 365 y G Suite.\nSoporte para herramientas Ofimáticas.\nInstalación, soporte y troubleshooting redes MPLS e Internet, soluciones de SDWAN, Ciberseguridad, Cloud, UCaaS, redes LAN, Desktops, Portátiles Impresoras, Servidores X86, Puntos de Venta-POS).\nConocimientos y experiencia en la implementación y soporte de soluciones de virtualización (VMware, Hyper -V)\nExperiencia en implementación, operación y soporte de plataformas de nubles públicas (Azure, AWS)\nConocimientos de Ciclo de vida del servicio según ITL\nAt Tigo Honduras, we employ more than 2,000 people nationwide on a permanent basis.
