Discover more about Milliken’s curious minds and inspired solutions at Milliken.com and on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.\nThe European Supply Chain organization is seeking a highly organized, driven and self-motivated administrative associate to execute tasks supporting regional supply chains across multiple business units.\nThis person will report to the US Supply Chain Manager and will work closely with the local Customer Service and Logistics Teams to achieve end customer on time delivery.\nThe position is located in Ghent.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupport the customer service and logistics teams with inventory-related queries, including determination of customs status of imported goods, clearance of material on hand, stock adjustments due to damage or losses, …\n\nPerform SAP transactions and administrative activities related to various steps of the supply chain process\n\nTrack, verify and reconcile invoices\n\nCoordinate repackaging and relabeling activities for inbound materials and stock on hand\n\nCoordinate stock transfers between the different Milliken locations\n\nCoordinate all movements and documentation between toll manufacturers and Milliken Plant or warehouse\n\nImplement and manage the hold code process for customer orders\n\nMaintain material master data and initiate the extension and creation of new SKUs\n\nManage Long Term Supplier Declaration\n\nManage inventory and supply planning for assigned product groups\n\nProfile\nBachelor/master course with a focus onlogistics, supply chain management, or a related field.\n\nPreferably 2 to 5 years of work experience in one of these fields.\n\nTeam player with good communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nA flexible mindset, the ability to work independently and stress resistant.\n\nYou are willing to travel occasionally.\n\nYou communicate fluently in Dutch and English.\n\nExperience working with an ERP system.
