You will collaborate across multiple business lines to transform complex concepts into compelling, brand-aligned visuals across digital and print platforms. This role offers significant growth opportunities for someone looking to expand their creative toolkit and strategic thinking in a geographically distributed collaborative, fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCreative Execution\nDesign and produce marketing and communications materials including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, conference booths, advertisements, email campaigns, mock-ups, and other visual assets.\nDevelop creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft 365.\nContribute to motion graphics, basic video editing, and interactive content as needed.\nBrand Stewardship\nChampion Milliman’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.\nDevelop intuitive, accessible templates that empower non-designers while maintaining brand integrity.\nHelp educate non-design colleagues on brand guidelines and design best practices.\nCollaboration & Communication\nCollaborate with a geographically distributed creative team, marketing colleagues, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life.\nClearly communicate design concepts and rationale during presentations and reviews.\nParticipate in creative ideation, design critiques, and cross-functional projects.\nBe open to feedback and demonstrate a collaborative, positive approach to incorporating feedback into the work.\nQualifications\n4-6 years of relevant graphic design experience across brand, marketing, and digital, in an agency, studio, consultancy, or in-house environment.\nBFA or equivalent 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field;
