We’d love to talk to you!\nRole Summary \nWe’re hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator to own the day-to-day AP process from top to bottom. If you’re obsessed with accuracy, love structure, and can spot a missing invoice from a mile away, you’ll thrive here. This role is central to keeping our vendor relationships strong, our books balanced, and our month-end process smooth. \nWhat You’llBe Doing \nProcess vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring correct coding and approvals \nManage weekly payment runs via check, ACH, and wire transfers \nReconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies \nMaintain and update vendor records, W-9s, and payment terms \nHandle month-end AP close tasks: accruals, reconciliations, and reporting \nAssist with 1099 prep and annual tax compliance \nLiaise with internal teams to ensure smooth PO matching and receiving processes \nMaintain General Ledger accuracy related to AP accounts \nSupport year-end audits with clean, organized documentation \nStay current on accounting policies, GAAP updates, and tax regs that affect AP \nWhat You Bring to the Table \nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field \n3-5 years of experience specifically in Accounts Payable, ideally within a product-based or wholesale company \nStrong understanding of GAAP and financial close processes \nSkilled in Excel; experience with Navision, Ramp, Databricks, or Sigma is a plus \nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills \nGreat communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and keep vendors happy \nExperience working with large vendors, EDI systems, and Shopify orders is a bonus \nCalifornia pay range\n$34—$36 USD\nOur Benefits:\n100% of your health, dental and vision insurance monthly premiums paid by us! \nFlexible PTO because we respect the need for work/life harmony \nCompany matching 401(k) \nVacation reimbursement and wellness and enrichment subsidy programs \nTuition reimbursement \nMatching charitable donations to the nonprofit organization of your choice \nFree MDB Co. swag + generous employee discount on products \nAt Million Dollar Baby Co., we’re passionate about diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
