This position is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties. They pick items from shelves all over the warehouse (not just one station), place them in totes, and ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently. Our warehouse associate team members continually strive for high customer satisfaction, and occasionally directly assist walk-in or pick-up customers.\nSchedule: This is a part-time opportunity averaging 15-25 hours per week. Candidates should be available to work weekday shifts Monday through Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. We offer flexibility within these hours to accommodate individual availability and business needs.\nPay Rate: $22.76 hour\nBenefits include:\nPaid Time Off + 8 company paid holidays\nCompetitive Retirement Plan \nTuition Reimbursement - available to FT employees with 1 year+ of service\nEmployee Assistance program (EAP)\nCEFCU- Citizens Equity First Credit Union - Employees have access to services include payroll deductions savings, accounts, loans, VISA card, and more\nAdditional supplemental offerings and discount programs\nEmployee Referral Program\nResponsibilities\nPick, pack, wrap and load product for delivery to customers.\nEnsure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.\nSafe operation of all material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.\nReceive merchandise and stock shelves.\nAssists with inventory procedures as requested.\nParticipates in physical inventory counts, as assigned, to verify the accuracy of parts on hand.\nComplies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.\nUtilize computerized WMS (warehouse management system) and RF scanners.\nMust be flexible to work overtime as needed.\nMaking of hydraulic hoses to include cutting, fitting, crimping, and operation of hose assembly tooling.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nProficient in the use of a computer and related software\nAbility to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations\nAble to lift 75 pounds; up to 45 pounds on an unassisted basis, repetitively.\nAble to work at heights up to 25 feet\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDetail oriented with a high level of accuracy, and strong problem-solving and organization skills\nBasic math skills\nAbility to work in a dynamic, fast paced distribution center environment, and work extended hours as needed\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\nThe ideal candidate has experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software\nForklift Certification preferred\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
