As a leading Caterpillar dealer, we are ready to provide an extensive training program to help the right people get started building their careers with us. During your time in the program, you will learn about our company, products, parts, services, and processes.\nPay Rate: $21.64 per hour plus bonus potential.\nResponsibilities\nCommunicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.\nUnderstanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.\nAnswering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via phone, text, and email.\nKeeping up with product and service information and updates.\nCreating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.\nExplaining and demonstrating features of products and services.\nStaying informed about competing products and services.\nResearching and qualifying new leads.\nClosing sales and achieving sales targets.\nComplete ongoing training and development programs.\nWorking with new customers to establish a relationship with Milton CAT and process sales leads.\nServe as a liaison between departments.\nQualifications\nStrong customer orientation - able to work with customers to understand their needs and solve challenges.\nSelf-motivated - take ownership for your territory and pride in it.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.\nExcellent phone and cold calling skills.\nExceptional customer service skills.\nExcellent time management skills and organizational skills.\nStrong listening and sales skills.\nAbility to achieve targets and goals.\nMust have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.\nExcellent time management and organizational skills.\nTechnical knowledge and experience within the industry are a plus but not required.
