This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone ready to own a territory and grow a book of business.\nStarting Compensation Range: $70,000-$100,000; base plus commission structure based on performance. Outside Sales Representatives typically earn within the stated range for year one, but typically have unlimited earning potential each year.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and grow a defined sales territory focused on forestry equipment sales and rentals \nActively prospect new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts \nVisit customer sites, evaluate needs, and recommend equipment solutions that drive real results \nDemonstrate equipment capabilities in real-world job site environments \nManage your pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools \nPartner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences \nUnderstand and clearly explain financing and purchasing options \nTravel regularly throughout your assigned region to support customers\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.\nField-based sales experience (B2B, equipment, construction, forestry, or adjacent industries preferred) \nProven ability to prospect, build, and manage a sales territory \nEntrepreneurial mindset with strong drive, accountability, and follow-through \nComfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team \nStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills \nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \nProficiency with CRM systems and basic business software (Word, Excel, etc.) \nAbility to operate or learn heavy equipment \nClean driving record and willingness to travel as needed \nFlexibility to meet customer schedules, including occasional extended hours\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
