We provide long-term career stability, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth - all within a culture that values teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.\nOur benefits include:\nPaid Time Off plus 8 company-paid holidays\nMedical, Dental, and Vision plans for employees and families\nLife and Disability Insurance\nCompetitive Retirement Plan\nTuition Reimbursement (eligible after 1 year of service)\nSafety & Wellness Program\nEmployee Referral Program\nResponsibilities\nServe as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls, requests, and service-related inquiries.\nAssist with coordinating and scheduling work for field service technicians, supporting efficient routing and customer communication.\nConfirm scheduling details with customers and provide status updates as needed.\nOpen, update, and close work orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\nOrder parts required for field service and shop repairs.\nAssist with repair quotes and incremental service estimates.\nSupport timecard entry and administrative tracking for service personnel.\nCollaborate with CSA and other internal departments to meet service and customer needs.\nProvide coverage and support for other Service Department roles as needed.\nMaintain confidentiality of customer, pricing, and company information.\nSupport supervisors in the timely closure of service calls and documentation.\nRemain flexible to work occasional after-hours coverage to meet customer expectations.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; college or technical coursework preferred.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.\nBasic math and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nPreferred:\nPrior experience supporting field service, dispatch, or technical operations.\nExperience working with service management or ERP systems.\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
