We offer excellent benefits and supply you with the tools you need to maximize your potential.\nPay Range: Starting pay range is $26.44-$31.25 per hour depending on experience.\nBenefits include:\nPaid Time Off + 8 company paid holidays\nMedical, Dental and Vision insurance options for Employee and Family \nDisability & Life Insurance Packages\nCompetitive Retirement Plan \nTuition Reimbursement - available to FT employees with 1 year+ of service\nAdditional supplemental offerings and discount programs\nEmployee Referral Program\nResponsibilities\nAnswer phones and receive requests for service and quotes.\nConfirm with customer scheduling of work.\nAssist in the scheduling, routing and assigning work to service technicians.\nOpens and update invoices, work orders as needed.\nOrder parts as required for both service shop and field service calls.\nAssist with incremental repair quotes.\nAssists in timecard entries.\nPasses on lead for work to other departments.\nCoordinates with the CSA Department to meet their needs.\nFlexible to work after hours when needed to meet customer needs.\nMaintain confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, distribution, inventory, customer lists and financial reports.\nLarge emphasis on supporting supervisors from all departments in timely closing of service calls.\nCover absences in other positions within the Service department as needed.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.\nHigh school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred.\nProficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong problem solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.\nBasic math skills.\nAbility to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nMust be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
