This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and business leaders, and, when applicable, interfaces with suppliers to resolve invoices, payment, and account discrepancies.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nProcess high volumes of invoices with accuracy and timeliness.\nPerform purchase order matching and validate invoice details, coding, and approvals.\nInvestigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies across internal systems and supplier accounts.\nPartner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Operations, Finance) and business leaders to resolve invoicing issues and drive timely resolution\nCommunicate directly with suppliers, as needed, to address billing issues, payment status, and account discrepancies\nReconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate supplier account balances.\nCoordinate with Treasury on urgent or off-cycle payments.\nMaintain supplier master data, including onboarding and updates.\nAssist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and accruals.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.\nIdentify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the procure-to-pay process.\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nHigh school diploma required;
