durability, performance, and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nTraining Development & Delivery\n· Deliver technical training programs across instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on formats\n· Develop curriculum including training guides, job aids, and assessment tools\nTechnical Expertise\n· Apply knowledge of product systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures\n· Interpret technical schematics, drawings, and service manuals\n· Demonstrate best practices in troubleshooting and repair execution\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n· Partner with Engineering, Service, and Quality teams\n· Align training programs with new product launches and existing product updates\n· Ensure consistency and standardization across global training efforts\nContinuous Improvement\n· Measure training effectiveness using defined metrics and feedback loops\n· Update training materials based on product changes and field insights\n· Drive ongoing enhancements to training delivery and content\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nAssociate’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Applied Technology, or equivalent experience\nExperience\n· 1-3 years of experience in technical training, service operations, or product support\n· Experience delivering both classroom and virtual training\nTechnical Knowledge\n· Power tools and electromechanical systems\n· Battery technologies and systems\n· Diagnostic methods and service procedures\nSkills\n· Instructional delivery and facilitation\n· Technical writing and content development\n· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Technical certifications relevant to product or service functions\n· Experience developing structured training programs or curricula\n· Exposure to global training environments\n· Familiarity with service performance metrics\n· Fluent Spanish proficiency preferred including professional-level speaking, reading, and writing to support technical training delivery\n· Other Requirements\n· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately
