Learn more about our story HERE.\nYour Role onOur Team:\nTheAssociate Talent Project Leader leads smallerto moderate, defined Talent projects and supports workstreams within broader Talent initiatives. This role brings structure and follow-through to project work by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, maintainingproject documentation, and identifyingrisks or issues that may impactexecution.\nWorking across Talent and other functions, the Associate Talent Project Leaderindependently manages assigned project responsibilities and deliverables while seeking guidance on significant risks, tradeoffs, or decisions outside of defined scope.\nYou'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead smallerto moderate, defined Talent projects and support workstreams within larger initiatives.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and project documentation.\n\nCoordinate project activities, meetings, stakeholders, and deliverables to keep work moving and ensure accountability.\n\nMonitor progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; address items within scope and escalate when appropriate.\n\nSupport change readiness and adoption through communications, training materials, feedback collection, and transition activities.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration & Communication\nPartner with Talent and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify responsibilities, coordinate deliverables, and support project outcomes.\n\nProvide clear, timely project updates and prepare materials to support project discussions and decisions.\n\nBuild trusted working relationships through strong communication, organization, and dependable follow-through.\n\nGather data, feedback, and stakeholder input to support decisions and identify practical improvements to project execution and stakeholder experience.\n\nOperational Effectiveness & Growth\nMaintain organized project documentation and contribute to tools, templates, and practices that improve consistency and repeatability.\n\nManage competing priorities and adapt to changing timelines, stakeholder needs, and project requirements.\n\nBuild project management, stakeholder communication, and Talent functional expertise through experience and continued development.\n\nProgram Management\nDrive coordination and execution of the Employee Purchase Programin alignment with organizational goals with clear data tracking.\n\nAnd other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent education/professional experience.\n\n2+ years of relevant experience in project management, HR/Talent, project or program coordination, business operations, or cross-functional project work.\n\nFoundational project management skills, including project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and risk/issue tracking.\n\nStrong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.\n\nAbility to independently manage assigned responsibilities, balance competing priorities, and appropriately escalate risks or decisions.\n\nExperience using Microsoft Office, Teams/SharePoint, project tracking tools, or similar business systems.\n\nOther TOOLSwe prefer you to have:\nExperience supporting HR/Talent projects or initiatives.\n\nExposure to change management, Agile, Lean, continuous improvement, or other project methodologies.\n\nAt Milwaukee Tool, we're invested in your well-being.
