Come be part of a winning team that feels like family.\nYour Role on Our Team:\nThe CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nOperate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations (50%)\nLoad/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment (40%)\nMake offsets and adjustments as required (20%)\nIndependently adjust and maintain part specifications and replenish component components (10%)\nInform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention (10%)\nComplete documentation as required or requested (10%)\nParticipate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions (10%)\nAdhere to all safety requirements in the work area (10%)\nPractice 5Ss (5%)\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nAbility to read and interpret drawings and blueprints\nSufficient knowledge interpreting technical data accurately\nMechanical aptitude and basic math skills\nProficient problem solving and analytical skills\nHighly detail oriented\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:\nN/A\nWorking Conditions:\nPhysical and Weightlifting Demands\nThe physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
