With our Oracle Fusion foundation now live and established, your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence while evolving the platform through new capabilities that keep pace with our fast-growing business. You will lead a high-performing platform organization, partner with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and others, and define the long-term platform strategy that turns Oracle into a durable competitive advantage. You will bring Extreme Ownership, Candor, Speed/Agility/Urgency, and a ONE-TEAM mentality to every aspect of the role.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and grow the Oracle Platform Team by recruiting and retaining top talent while building strong succession plans, career paths, and leadership capability.\nOwn the health, stability, security, performance, and scalability of Milwaukee Tool's Oracle Fusion platform in production.\nChampion enterprise standardization and best practices while thoughtfully evaluating exceptions that create measurable business value.\nGovern platform architecture, change control, release management, and solution standards to maintain a secure, scalable, global single-instance Oracle platform.\nDefine, communicate, and execute a multi-year Oracle platform roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and business outcomes.\nPartner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into standardized platform capabilities that enable long-term business growth.\nPrioritize and deliver a continuous pipeline of new platform capabilities and module implementations while maintaining operational excellence.\nOversee internal teams and external partners, including system integrators and managed service providers, while owning platform investment, licensing strategy, vendor performance, and commercial outcomes.\nServe as the senior escalation point for critical platform issues and ensure disciplined operational support, risk management, and service continuity.\nCommunicate platform health, strategic progress, business outcomes, and investment priorities to executive leadership and steering committees.\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\n15+ years of IT experience in large or midsize multinational manufacturing or supply chain organizations, including significant leadership of technical teams.\nDemonstrated success leading an enterprise platform through implementation, operational stabilization, continuous evolution, and long-term modernization.\nDeep, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including enterprise implementations and ownership of a mature production platform.\nProven people leadership, including leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams, with a track record of building high-performing organizations.\nDemonstrated ability to define long-term platform strategy, prioritize competing demands, and deliver incremental business value.\nStrong vendor, budget, and portfolio management experience, including system integrators and managed-services partners.\nBroad knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and finance business processes and how they map to Oracle capabilities.\nExceptional collaboration, influence, and executive communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.\nA bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.\nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:\nExperience leading multiple enterprise platforms or a broader application portfolio.\nExperience standing up or scaling a product-based platform operating model and steady-state support organization.\nFamiliarity with the broader Oracle ecosystem, including OTM/GTM, OIC integrations, and Fusion Cloud modules across Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, and Finance.\nExperience transitioning an organization from implementation into long-term platform ownership.\nTrack record of successfully delivering complex, multi-million-dollar business and IT programs.\nDecisiveness in navigating ambiguity and translating complex business needs into scalable platform capabilities.\nAbility to distill and communicate complex concepts into simple, clear messages for executive audiences.\nExposure to multi-vendor, multi-cultural, global IT delivery and the ability to lead distributed teams.\nRelevant Oracle certifications.\nAbility to travel to other Milwaukee Tool locations on occasion, as required.\nWorking Conditions:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
