We’re just getting started.\nThe EE Technician II- SMT is a member of our technician team in the Power Tool Electronics Laboratory. Your main responsibility will be populating printed circuit boards to deliver Electronic Prototypes on time, with high quality and with a continuous improvement mindset.\nYou’ll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nSetup and operate automated assembly equipment for prototype PCBAs.\nCollaborate with all members of the Rapid PCBA team regarding material readiness and setup status.\nProvide post assembly manufacturing feedback regarding best practices\nAssist in completing preventive maintenance on equipment.\nEffectively communicate project delays and updates.\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment.\nWork to improve productivity while maintaining quality standards\nAssist in continuous improvement and process implementation activities.\nWhat TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nAssociates Degree from a two-year college or technical school.
