To learn more about our story click HERE.\nMilwaukee Tool is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our HIL & Electronics Automated Test (H.E.A.T) team in Electrical Engineering product support. The successful candidate will instrument PCBAs, assemble test fixtures, and troubleshoot test systems to support development and testing of our firmware.\nYou’ll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nAssemble test fixtures and prototype electronics for test and evaluation in a low volume / high mix environment including PCBAs and wiring.\nRepair and rework assemblies as needed to support prototype development and testing.\nOperate electronics rework equipment: soldering iron, microscope, hot air pencil.\nOperate various lab equipment such as power supplies and meters.\nPerform tests using a variety of electrical and mechanical test equipment and techniques.\nCollect data through various equipment and software programs.\nPrepare thorough, timely, and accurate reports of test results and provide recommendations.\nParticipate in the overall maintenance and continuous improvement of the laboratory.\nWhat TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nAssociates degree in Engineering Technology or in lieu of a degree, High School diploma accompanied by 2+ years of experience.\nExperience with mechanical & electrical principles, test equipment, product life/performance test procedures and methods.\nProven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and consistently deliver to a deadline.\nComputer skills needed to navigate MS Office products,
