Finance knowledge provides valuable business context, but the primary focus is enterprise system administration and continuous improvement.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nSystem Administration & Support\nAdminister the Milwaukee Tool EPM solution, including access, security roles, workflows, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, reports, and allocations. \nMonitor recurring processes, troubleshoot failures, coordinate resolution, and communicate impacts. \nProvide functional user support, document root causes, and escalate technical defects when appropriate. \nSupport upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and environment readiness. \nData, Integrations & Controls\nSupport data loads, mappings, interfaces, validations, reconciliations, and outbound reporting processes. \nExecute and validate recurring data and allocation processes for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. \nDevelop control checks, exception reporting, and audit documentation that strengthen data integrity. \nProcess Improvement & Partnership\nIdentify manual or error-prone activities and recommend standardized, automated, or system-enabled alternatives. \nUse root-cause analysis to reduce recurring issues, risk, and cycle time. \nPartner with Finance, Accounting, IT, data teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, supportable solutions.\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n2-4 years supporting enterprise applications, business systems, data processes, or reporting platforms.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, documentation, and communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, including strong Excel capability, and ability to collaborate across functions.\nThe TOOLS we prefer you have:\nExperience with an enterprise performance management, planning, consolidation, or reporting platform. \nExperience with security, metadata, workflows, reports, allocations, or financial data models.\nFamiliarity with integrations, SQL, APIs, ETL, scripting, workflow automation, testing, ticketing, or agile tools. \nWorking knowledge of planning, management reporting, month-end processes, and internal controls.\nCapabilities for
