This role plays a key part in supporting Talent initiatives, employee relations, engagement efforts, and Talent cycle processes while building foundational business and Talent expertise.\nIf you responsibilities\nEmployee Experience\nSupport employee experience programs including engagement surveys, skip-level meetings, stay interviews, exit interviews, and action planning initiatives.\nGather and organize employee feedback and Talent data to identify themes and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport leaders and Talent partners in executing engagement and development initiatives.\nHelp foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees feel comfortable raising questions and concerns.\nEscalate significant employee feedback, concerns, or trends to the appropriate Talent partner.\nTalent Programs & Processes\nSupport execution of core Talent programs, including performance management, talent and organizational reviews, internal mobility, employee development initiatives, and other Talent cycle activities.\nCoordinate communications, documentation, and follow-up activities related to Talent programs.\nMaintain accurate employee records and Talent data within applicable systems.\nRespond to routine employee and manager inquiries related to Talent programs and processes.\nSupport Talent initiatives and special projects as assigned.\nEmployee Relations & Compliance\nConduct intake and documentation for routine employee relations and performance matters while partnering with Talent Business Partners to determine appropriate next steps.\nSupport managers with routine Talent processes and documentation requirements.\nMaintain compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and data accuracy requirements.\nIdentify and escalate complex employee relations, compliance, or organizational concerns as appropriate.\nBusiness Partnership\nBuild effective working relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.\nSupport Talent Business Partners in executing talent initiatives aligned to business needs.\nGather and organize Talent data to support reporting, insight generation, and decision-making.\nAssist with implementation of workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee development initiatives.\nDemonstrate a foundational understanding of business operations and Talent practices to support day-to-day Talent activities.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.\n1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Operations, Talent Management, or a related business support role.\nExperience supporting employee-related programs, performance management, engagement initiatives, or HR processes.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to build positive working relationships with employees, managers, and business partners.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have\nExperience using Workday or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).\nWorking Conditions\nOffice
