You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate employee data while delivering consistent, high-quality employee experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nEmployee & HR Case Support:\nDocument onsite employee inquiries and resolutions in the Workday Help case system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.\nSkillfully address Help Cases within the Workday platform and over the phone line, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions to general inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, time/attendance, and internal Milwaukee Tool Policies.\nDeliver exceptional customer service to employees by independently resolving inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and patience in all interactions.\nEscalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR contacts for resolution.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Talent policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent case resolution.\nSupport employee data audits and employee data pulls for projects as necessary.\nEmployee Onboarding\nComplete the verification of new employee Form I-9 documents and the employer section of the Form I-9 within the federally mandated timeframes.\nResolve any E-Verify tentative non-confirmations while adhering to rules and regulations. \nAssist in the new hire onboarding process in Workday for all new hires.\nHR Site Support\nAssist other HR teams with administrative tasks and data reporting as needed.\nCompliance:\nMaintain employee files in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including proper filing and retention of Form I-9 documents.\nCarry out the company’s policies and practices and escalate any concerns that are not in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nAssociate degree in Business Administration or Communications or equivalent work experience.\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organization with the ability to follow issues through to resolution.\nDemonstrates professionalism, discretion, and empathy in sensitive employee situations.\nWorking proficiency in Excel to support data review, reporting, and tracking.\nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:\nAt least one year of experience supporting HR operations is preferred.\nExperience working in a manufacturing / operations environment.\nExperience using Workday and UKG (Kronos).\nWorking Conditions:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
