responsibilities:\n Lead the planning, production, and execution of high-quality video content, both in-studio and on location at construction sites, often under tight deadlines\nDevelop compelling video storytelling strategies that align with brand and marketing objectives\nCapture and create engaging, content, including user testimonials, product application/performance videos, and short-form videos for social media\nOversee video quality control, ensuring all content meets brand standards and maintains consistency\nProvide creative direction to internal teams and external partners, ensuring high-quality execution\nEdit and repurpose existing video content for various distribution channels\nManage studio space and video equipment-maintain an organized inventory of necessary gear and recommend new tools for enhanced production quality\nClassify, organize, and archive raw video footage within established metadata standards\nStay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging video technologies to drive innovation in video content\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\n5+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and project management\nStrong portfolio showcasing high-quality video work and storytelling expertise\nExperience leading video projects and providing creative direction\nPost-High School education preferred\n Expert knowledge of video and graphics editing software, DaVinci Resolve & Adobe Suite, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop & Illustrator (for basic graphic needs)\nExtensive knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, and advanced video production techniques\nStrong visual design sense with an understanding of layout, composition, storyboarding, and editing\nExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skill\nStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and guide external production partners\nTravel
