Responsibilities\nSet up and operate Big Red sealer\nMay use computer to load printer software\nSet up and verify weigh scale\nLoad/unload sealing equipment with product and packaging material\nRecognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required\nInspect and verify product according to quality standards\nWork with Machine Technician to resolve problems with equipment\nClean equipment as required to ensure proper operation\nBreak down scrap packages\nAble to work effectively within small teams\nAccurately complete scrap tickets\nAccurately complete daily production sheet\nAccurately update hourly goal board\nMaintain production pace and standards\nAdhere to all safety requirements in the work area\nPractice 5Ss\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructions\nBasic math skills\nBasic mechanical skills\nBasic computer skills\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nHigh school diploma or
