This position is required to cooperate with other cross-functional departments to ensure and maintain part quality, proper procedure execution, a safe and productive work environment, and culture standards.\nShift Hours: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am\nYou'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nFollow all safety policies and practice 6S standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees; Identify and escalate potential safety risks on the floor\nCollaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g. Machine Set Up Technicians, Quality Technicians, Engineering) to resolve problems with equipment\nOperate numerous types of equipment, independently or in a team environment, according to the work instructions\nUse fixtures, jigs, and hand tools as necessary to ensure proper position and/or movement of components and parts\nPlace processed parts into containers and palletize per the work instruction and at specified quantities per the part tag\nPay close attention to detail concerning product quality through utilizing visual criteria and escalate issues to appropriate personnel\nRecognize and react to problems with equipment and escalate as required\nUtilize electronic devices (computer, iPad, etc.) daily to reference work instructions, control plans, visual criteria, in-process quality checks, and accurately log production numbers\nPerform repetitive tasks as needed and maintain production pace and quality standards as specified by the applicable documentation to meet process metrics such as delivery, efficiency, and quality\nClean equipment as required to ensure proper operation\nConduct Autonomous Maintenance tasks as prescribed\nOther duties and projects as determined by business and production needs\nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you:\nMachine operation or prior manufacturing experience preferred \nAbility to read, understand, and follow verbal and written work instructions\nBasic math, computer, and mechanical skills\nDisplay great attention to detail \nHigh school diploma, or equivalent, preferred \nWorking Conditions:\nThe employee may be required to frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 35 pounds \nProlonged standing and/or walking for up to 8 hours per shift \nPhysical demands that require repetitive motion, frequent bending, crouching, twisting, and reaching \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus \nWork in an environment with exposure to
