The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, an interest in ERP/WMS systems, and a desire to develop expertise in data and traceability.\nSpecific Duties Include:\nProject & Collaboration Skills\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support project execution.\nCommunicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership.\nAssist in documenting operational requirements, workflows, and best practices related to data and traceability.\nWork effectively in a global team environment while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.\nSupport milestone tracking and deliverables throughout any project.\nData & Traceability Skills\nDevelop an understanding of battery manufacturing, service, and returns processes.\nSupport data connectivity, traceability, and reporting initiatives.\nAssist cross-functional teams in developing data acquisition and traceability solutions for production operations.\nAnalyze production and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport data validation efforts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.\nAssist in documenting data structures, process flows, and governance standards.\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nDevelop working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.\nUtilize SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools to support business needs.\nAssist with data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.\nSupport root cause analysis activities through data analysis and visualization.\nHelp establish consistent reporting methods and performance metrics across operations.\nOther Requirements\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally for project support and development.Estimated yearly travel: 10%-20%\n\nAbility to learn and adapt to current and emerging technologies.\nAbility to work in a hands-on environment supporting engineering and operational teams.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.\n0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, analytics, or a related role.\nInternship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing or data analytics preferred.\nBasic understanding of SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python, or other data analysis tools.\nFamiliarity with databases, reporting systems, or WMS/ERP preferred.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCompetencies and Personal Attributes\nAgility -
